CHARLES R. SUTTON is an experienced intellectual property
attorney who has prosecuted numerous patent and trademark
applications and litigated patent infringement, copyright
infringement, trademark oppositions and cancellations, and
International Trade Commission Investigations. He also has
extensive experience assisting businesses in regulatory
compliance before the National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Administration. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Roger C.
Hsu, Mr. Sutton gained invaluable experience as a
biotechnical development scientist for the XOMA Corporation.
Since joining the Law Offices of Roger C. Hsu, Mr. Sutton
has obtained numerous patents, trademarks, and settlements
for clients in several industries, including, but not
limited to: manufacturer of custom cars for motion pictures;
garment manufacturer; a company which provides business
efficiency seminars; computer software manufacturer;
furniture distributor and manufacturer; automotive part
manufacturer; household goods.
Mr. Sutton’s interests include painting and
three-dimensional digital art. In fact, Mr. Sutton was the
April 2007 winner of the Two-Dimensional Art Competition
sponsored by the Arizona Attorney Magazine. |
